Eilena Braye France, b. 1988

Eilena Braye (b. 1988) is a multidisciplinary artist and pathologist whose

work seamlessly bridges the worlds of science and abstraction. With a

deep fascination for cell biology, histology, and the invisible mechanisms

that sustain life, Eilena transforms her microscopic observations into striking

visual compositions that evoke both scientific precision and emotional

resonance.

Having trained in medicine with a specialisation in pathology, Eilena quickly

recognised that the rigours of scientific inquiry alone could not fulfil her need

for creative expression. Art became her means of exploration—an avenue

to give shape to the unseen, merging analytical rigor with an emotional

depth that speaks to the heart.

Her work has been showcased in renowned galleries and venues, with

notable exhibitions in Switzerland and Monaco. Eilena is represented by

Galerie Renaissance in Geneva and Luc Sarraf Ward in Monaco. Beyond the

traditional art world, she collaborates with leading brands and institutions,

including Carlsberg, where she created large-scale murals for La Folie

Douce in Val d’Isère, France.

Eilena Braye’s artistic approach harmoniously combines precision with

spontaneity, mirroring the complex world she examines as both a pathologist

and an artist. Working primarily with acrylics and mixed media on canvas,

she skilfully layers colour and texture to capture the depth, fluidity, and

organic nature of life at its most microscopic. Each piece is an exploration

into the unseen, a reflection of the intricate interplay between science and

emotion that defines her creative journey.
