BIOGRAPHY
Roxana Bergt is an artist whose work is shaped by a lifelong relationship with creativity, place, and personal transformation. Her artistic journey began in childhood and continued through studies at Ganexa Art School in Panama City and later in Fine Arts, during which she began exhibiting and selling her work.
Having lived in Panama, Virginia, Alaska, and Costa Rica, Bergt draws inspiration from the landscapes, cultures, and personal experiences that have marked her life. After periods dedicated to family life, entrepreneurship, and design, she returned to painting with renewed focus, finding in art a space for reflection, resilience, and renewal.
Today, alongside her work as co-founder of Bergt Design & Construction in Costa Rica, she maintains an active painting practice. Working primarily in oil, her paintings explore themes of memory, beauty, gratitude, and human connection, often through intimate still lifes and floral compositions.
Bergt has participated in exhibitions in Panama and Alaska and continues to develop a body of work rooted in observation, emotion, and nature's enduring presence.
